A few months ago we introduced you to our city pages campaign, where we aimed to connect you with the best local gems in your community. We showcased places like Portland, Oregon; Austin, Texas; San Diego, California; and Madison, Wisconsin — and today, we’re excited to share two more cities with you: Charlotte, North Carolina, and San Francisco, California.
Adventures in the Queen City
Whether you’re a local or a newbie, loads of options await you on our new Charlotte page. Plan your weekend by searching the many categories and filters on the homepage. Fancying a “Restaurant” spot with a “Celebrity Chef”? Looks like Halcyon might be your best bet! Need your fix of “Coffee” at a place that also satisfies your “Sweet Tooth”? Then maybe we’ll see you at Amelie’s French Bakery. With the sort feature, find places alphabetically and by rating:
Stroll through the City by the Bay
While you’re searching popular San Francisco spots, be sure to also check out the SF community page. You’ll meet Ashley, our San Francisco community manager, as she explores the city’s restaurants, bars, cafés and more. Some of her favorite local spots include Dolores Park and Lime, but you can also catch her at her other faves when she’s hosting local meetups and happy hours — just check out the upcoming events calendar and stay in touch via @GoogleSF on Twitter:
We’ve only just begun with our city pages campaign — stay tuned to see where we’ll be next. It may be your city!
